Registration
Registration will be in The Garden Room in the Gillespie Centre at Clare College Memorial Court.
This room is adjacent to the Congress Auditorium
Time 17:00 – 19:00h on 15 July
Nibbles and refreshments will be available, but we expect people will shortly head to town for dinner.
We will distribute ‘Congress Bags’ here.
Late? Congress Registration will be available outside the auditorium during the Congress, but try not to use this service if you can.

The venues are equipped with lifts/elevators


Breakfast
Will be available in the College ‘Buttery’. For Clare College this is a very picturesque 10 minute walk from Memorial Court to Old Court.
Breakfast starts at 07:30h, the morning Congress session starts at 08:30 sharp. Allow time.

Other meals
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be served in The Garden Room

08:30 – 10:30
10:50 – 12:30
lunch
13:15 – 15:30
15:50 – 17:30


Programme
The complete programme will be in the Congress Bag.
The special session on flight will be Sunday afternoon.
The special session on vision will be Monday afternoon.
The special session celebrating Philip Corbet’s contributions will be Thursday afternoon.


Mid Congress trip
Tuesday 18th … Wicken Fen, Ely, Woodwalton Fen. Details will be announced at the Congress


Dinner
The Congress dinner will be held in Caius College Great Hall on Thursday evening. Gonville and Caius was Philip Corbet’s College. Note the stained glass windows celebrating the accomplishments of college members.
