The benefits of WDA membership are outlined on our Membership Levels page and we have big plans to add additional benefits over the next few years!

Clicking the link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

Memberships renew annually from the day you first purchased a pricing plan (Regular, Reduced or Family). Log in and click Digital Products to check the renewal date, frequency, price and payment method. Membership does not expire unless you cancel it.

Membership levels work separately, but provide access to the same member resources. If you want to change from one category to another one, you will need to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one.

During registration: check the “Please exclude my profile…” box to prevent your name and profile from being visible to other members in the Membership Directory. Leaving the box unchecked will make your information visible in the directory.

After registration please email us.

1. Log into your customer account.

2. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

3. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

4. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

You will keep access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle. We’ll be sad to see you go!

Family membership gives access for up to 4 family members for a reduced rate. One family member will first need to sign in and purchase a Family subscription. They will then receive a discount code allowing up to 3 other family members to register under their family plan for no additional charge. Any registered family member can access members-only content when logged in.

Access to electronic IJO and other members-only features of this website will be removed for you and all the family members registered under your account. If you then choose to re-activate your family account at a later time, all family memaers will need to subscribe themselves again using a discount code.
