Congress Registration

Registration is OPEN!

Early registration is from January 1-April 1st, 2023.

This includes: welcome cocktail reception on Sunday, 4 full congress days at Neapolis University with morning and afternoon refreshments plus lunch, the mid-congress field trip with lunch, book of abstracts and congress bag, and wine tasting.

By registering to participate in ICO 2023, you consent to the following:

1. The WDA and Congress Organising Committee will store and process your given personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of organizing the ICO2023 congress;

2. Your contact details will be published in the ICO2023 Book of Abstracts, which will be made available to all participants;

3. Photographs of you may be taken during the congress, which may be published on websites, in articles etc.

4. Your participation in the mid-congress field trip and/or post-congress field trip, is undertaken entirely at your own risk. The congress organizers are not responsible for any personal accidents, injuries or mishaps sustained during this outdoor activity.

Please select the items you require from those shown below and add them to your cart. For the accommodation at Neapolis, when you review your cart you can add the number of nights you require. Adding 1 housing at Neapolis University equals 1 night. Ample accommodation is available at Neapolis University for all those who will attend, provided it is booked by 1st April.

Payment for your bookings should be made by Credit/Debit Card. If this is a problem for you, when you proceed to checkout, you can choose the option to pay by invoice. We will then email you an invoice, which can be paid in euros. Once we receive your order, we will also contact you by email to get your arrival/departure dates, shirt size if required, and any special dietary requirements.
